Not satisfied?

At the GP Out-of-Hours Service, we do our best to serve you as well as possible. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. In such a case, please let us know.

If you are unhappy with your contact at the GP Out-of-Hours Service, it's best to discuss it straight away with one of our staff members at the GP Out-of-Hours Service. We are always open to this.

If you cannot resolve the issue with the (involved) employee, or if your feeling of dissatisfaction only arises later, you can file a complaint with the GP Out-of-Hours Service.
