If you are receiving treatment at a hospital, clinic, or mental health institution, you have been given a special telephone number (emergency number).
Please call this special phone number if you have any complaints related to this treatment.
You can call this emergency number in the evening, at night, or at the weekend.
Your doctor (or their substitute) has extensive knowledge of your illness and any problems you may encounter.
The GP Out-of-Hours Service is for urgent complaints that genuinely cannot wait until you can see your own GP or their replacement. The GP Out-of-Hours Service does not replace your GP. It also does not replace your specialist/hospital doctor.
Did you not get an emergency contact number from your clinician?
Please check the website of the hospital, clinic, or mental health institution where you are receiving treatment.
